I have been a therapist for over 13 years serving individuals and groups. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and DBT-informed. I may challenge you at times but in a nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive manner.
My goal as your therapist is to create a safe space for you to address what you're going through right now so that you can gain a better self-understanding and skills to cope effectively with life’s challenges and losses, reduce stress, build your self-worth and self-compassion, and foster fulfilling relationships and experiences in your life.
