I like to join my clients in helping them work through and meet their goals and come to a place in which they are feeling and doing much better. I will carefully listen, assess and work with you to help get you to the place you want to be. So this is a journey we can take toghether and I would be honored to help my clients get to that place.
With over 20 years of expereince, I utilize different techniques to assist clients in helping them meet their goals or help them get to a different place in their life. I utilize techniques found in CBT, DBT, postive psychology, motivational interviewing and others.
