Do you often feel upset or overwhelmed? Perhaps you struggle with sadness, anger or racing thoughts. Are you disorganized, forgetful and struggling to keep it together? These life stressors may cause you to feel trapped in your life, often interfering with healthy, supportive relationships. I can help you to understand the challenges that you are experiencing in an empathic and non-judgmental way. We will collaboratively build on your strengths to find healthier ways to manage these feelings and behaviors. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years’ experience working with adults and families.

I feel that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to being able to resolve your challenges. Together we will explore the root causes of these problems and develop strategies so that you can lead a more gratifying and joyful life. In my practice I integrate different therapy models, incorporating mindfulness and the mind/body relationship.
