I am here to listen and to provide you the skills you need to help navigate life and to be in a stronger place emotionally. I am trained to listen for the exceptions to the person’s problems, to identify their strengths, and to help build on these to discover solutions in their lives. I can also provide EMDR to help with trauma that may be interfering with a person's ability to achieve their desired goals.
I am a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy therapist and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. My professional experiences includes working in substance use treatment agencies and community mental health centers prior to starting my own private practice in 2014. I have worked with children, teens, adults, families and couples.
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My passion in life is, and has always been, to help others.
