I have had a rich career as a clinical social worker spanning 3 decades and in retrospect, feel like my work has helped me to grow so much in the process of supporting others. Upon arriving at retirement in 2021, I took some time off to reflect, to do my own self-care and to provide more support for my aging mother. However, I still feel drawn to the field, have much to offer and have decided to provide supervision for those seeking clinical licensure.
My clinical experience covers every age and stage of the life cycle: child abuse prevention with parents of infants and toddlers, school social work, adult mental health and substance abuse counseling, military family life consultant, therapy in medical settings addressing aging and health related issues, EMDR for trauma and hospice social work services.
I am certified to provide supervision to those seeking clinical licensure in NM. While this is primarily provided in person, some of the hours can be completed online.
