Congratulations on starting your healing process! It can be a bit frightening to seek therapy. You may be wondering, Will I like this person? Will they like me? Will they judge me? Do they know what they are doing? And, what if they just don't get me? All of that is very understandable and normal! I believe that the value of therapy is in connecting with another person who listens, is non-judgmental, compassionate, and knowledgeable. In the process of therapy we will talk about your thoughts, feelings, experiences, fears, values, and dreams of what you want to improve and achieve.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, the frustration of ADHD, chronic low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries with others, trauma, or burnout we will navigate these challenges together. In over 25 years of providing therapy, I have been trained in multiple theraputic modalities and I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma.
