Life can get complicated. Subsequently, we can start to feel isolated, lost, over-whelmed and/or unsure of who we are or what our purpose is. Trauma, past or present, creates a sense of no longer feeling safe and hence, we may develop coping skills that may help in the moment, but prolong the pain. I will help you draw a new map and identify skills and concepts to help you better manage your life, relationships and/or careers and identify your own worth. Pushing away your needs and not taking time for your own growth can lead to long term issues for your mind and body. It's never to late to build a better life.
I have over 30 years of experience and provide therapy for children ages 12 and above, as well as adults of all ages. I've been in private practice for 9 years. I work with individuals and couples and welcome people from all walks of life. I am eclectic in my approach and will utilize the therapeutic systems that fit your particular needs.
I will provide you a safe and confidential environment in which you can verbalize your feelings, thoughts, hopes and fears. I will help you identify the amazing strengths within you and help you utilize these strengths to re-build yourself into who and what you want to be.
