If you need a safe, comforting, and accepting space to process and grow through difficult times, past and present, my office is the space for you. I have a passion for working with a variety of populations and especially with teens, young adults, and adults who have experienced trauma or other difficult pasts. My clients are my first priority and the reason why I am a therapist. I enjoy working with clients to assist them in identifying goals and achieving them so that they can feel themselves and thrive!
My therapy is trauma-informed and I focus on helping clients process, develop coping skills, and grow through difficult times and past experiences. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to feel welcome, heard, and validated despite any other circumstances.
