I gather a comprehensive history to look for past issues that may be affecting your life currently. These events and experiences are processed using the coping skills you have now, and others you learn in therapy. We also look at your goals, your level of self-awareness, your perceptions, your relationships, and whether your needs, in every area of your life, are being met.
My goal is to help my clients heal, make changes, and grow in ways that will contribute to living their best life. I use an eclectic approach in order to utilize the best therapeutic approach for the greatest benefit.
