I use modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness strategies, Psychodynamic Therapy, Relational Therapy, Solution Focused, Person Centered and more. We clarify and explore what matters to you.
