I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults with life changes, school or work problems, anxiety issues, depression and other mental health issues. I have 6 years experience working in schools with children with a wide range of disabilities and mental health issues. I have experience as a mother with a child with ADHD and anxiety and want to be a loving and nonjudgmental person for others who may be feeling alone. There is hope!
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and focus on the interventions based on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strength based therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family issues and school problems in children, families, adolescents, and adults. I also am certified to supervise limited licensed social workers.
