Via video and phone sessions, my clients seek my assistance because they feel trapped and stuck in life with painful loss, difficult change, relationship turbulence, self-doubt, and negative patterns that dominate, overwhelm, and hinder them. I use a variety of treatment approaches, tailoring it specifically to help my clients including those researched with highly successful outcomes including Allender trauma narrative therapy, emotion focused couples therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation and mindfulness, CBT and DBT tools, wellness,family systems, psychodynamic, and faith practices.
