Welcome. You may be noticing changes or experiences that feel hard, or harder than before. This might be affecting you in different ways - with your happiness, with relationships, with work. You may notice some emotions and thoughts about others, about yourself, about your ability to do things, that cause you to feel stuck, down, anxious, angry, in pain, overwhelmed. You may be in transition in any number of ways and need someone to help you sort it all out.
I specialize in anxiety and in the variety of ways anxiety and depression manifest. I provide active listening, then help guide you as you discover your own insights and help you find the changes you want. I use my experience to creatively utilize EMDR, Cognitive Processing, as well as other needed methods to individualize your treatment.
I would love to work with you. I am creative and empathic, and enjoy diversity and challenges. I have a relaxed way of connecting and hope to help you feel more comfortable. I come from a complex life myself and this gave me the passion to use skills and methods I learned to help others.

I most often use EMDR, and IFS in my practice. I may need to include CBTi for insomnia, or nightmare treatment. I also use Written Exposure Treatment, or Cognitive Processing Therapy.
