In my 12 years of practice, I have come to specialize in early childhood trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting/bonding and family dynamics. I have also enjoyed working on cultural/intercultural identification and LGBTQ+ expression.
I strive to cultivate a safe therapeutic relationship that honors the unique chapter of life you are in with humor and compassion. I have an individualized treatment approach that incorporates an eclectic array of strategies, including psychodynamic and mindfulness to explore the underlying factors behind behavior.
