Hi! My name is Renee. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the field for over 10 years. I obtained my Master's in Counseling Psychology in 2013 and began working in various clinical settings. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Attachment Therapy, and Systems work. I believe that therapy is a way for a person to open up parts of themselves in order to work on the inner layers of self. My experience includes working with cases involving severe trauma, addictions, family conflict, depression, and anxiety, as well as other stress and adoption/foster care-related issues.
