I use a trauma-informed perspective that enables us to reach a level of safety in which you can process, experience emotions, and advocate for your needs. I believe deeply in the healing power of a secure therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist.
I work from both a relational and cognitive lens, supporting your awareness, learning, and understanding of your mental health. Healing is a process that is unique for everyone, and I strive to join and accept you wherever you are in that process. I also incorporate interventions from CBT, DBT, ERP, and ACT to support your goals.
