Clients come to me looking for a therapist who sees and understands them, but also challenges them, because therapy should be a place where you feel safe, validated and encouraged to grow. Sessions with me are a combination of talking and exercises – whatever makes sense for you. I will show up as real and curious, and we will always go at your own pace.
I engage in ongoing education to best support you, as well as a commitment to my personal growth as a woman, parent, therapist and human.
