Everyone just wants a better life. That is my philosophy and the point of view I come from when working with people that struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health issues. As a relationship expert, I have helped clients and couples work out differences and achieve clarity through the fog of misunderstandings. Communicaiton skills, coping and Mindfulness skills are just some of the tools that I have used to help my clients achieve a life worth living.
I use Somatic (Body) Experience therapy for the treatment of PTSD and Complex trauma and have helped many people heal from their trauma both acute and childhood-based. Additionally, I have become certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which is very useful in treating addiction, anxiety and ADHD symptoms.
I have a Holistic and Compassion-focused approach to therapy that my clients tell me is very comfortable and non-judgmental. I look forward to meeting you!
