I love to work with individual adults who are struggling with loneliness, self-doubt, unresolved prolonged grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, feeling disconnected, stressed, overwhelmed or other difficult emotions, thoughts, or behaviors getting in the way of enjoying life. I provide the guidance for acknowledging and transforming whatever pain you want to change without spending a lot of time going in depth to talk about the details. You will have the opportunity to tap into your own wellness to release the pain and be connected to the freedom to choose the happy and meaningful life you desire moving forward.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have helped hundreds of adults break free of emotional pain over the past 28 years. I have also helped individuals achieve lasting healing of unresolved trauma/grief issues and published a memoir chronicling my own healing journey to transform the pain of a loved one who went missing and has been never found.
As the 5-year-old daughter of a wartime MIA pilot father, in my earlier years of searching to fill the void of the love I grew up missing, I learned to live life with the ongoing pain of uncertainty. Until I healed, the grief left me feeling disconnected, lonely, and empty of love. With my additional NLP training, I guide others to ending unnecessary pain.
