My goal is to provide an overall atmosphere where you feel comfortable and welcomed. LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive therapist. Ideally for individuals who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of all women, (assigned female at birth or otherwise), in life transitions, working on self discovery, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma.
I use a strength based, client lead, talk therapy approach and incorporate modalities such as, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, internal family systems techniques, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, exploration of feelings and emotions, supportive reflection, and structured problem-solving techniques.
