As a complement to talk therapy, my clients benefit from somatic interventions such as EMDR and ART to reprocess trauma. 5-NP auricular acupuncture is also an effective tool in promoting insight and stress relief. I am thrilled to offer groundbreaking Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and work closely with prescribing colleagues to coordinate your treatment.
I was raised in the Midwest, then spent 20 years in New York City before moving to Texas. I have worked in schools, hospitals, day-treatment programs and as a director of outpatient clinics and crisis-intervention programs. I am fluent in ASL. I am a board approved LCSW supervisor.
