I use an eclectic approach to therapy with a person centered and trauma informed perspective. I meet clients where they are and respect their pace of making change. I have an ability to build trust and rapport very quickly by my non-judgmental style and full acceptance of my clients. I can be direct and gentle at the same time, building self-worth along the way. I believe in empowering clients to be their best self so they can rise to accomplish their hopes and dreams.
It takes courage to look deeply within yourself in order to make lasting change. I have worked with clients struggling with managing post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, life changes, grief and loss, relational issues, identity exploration, spiritual crises, addiction, and more.
