I have experience working with individuals & families with many different concerns & issues in the field of social work for over 10 years; including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, family issues, and/or related disorders. My background is in working with people with developmental disabilities, substance abuse, and range of family issues.
My main goal in therapy is always to meet the individual and family "where they are at". I mainly use strategies and interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus therapy and other scientific base modalities to help people with their concerns.
