I have provided therapy for a wide range of issues including treating Depression, Anxiety, family and parenting difficulties, stress management, trauma, drug and alcohol issues, and addressing life changes
I am very much solution focused and teach problem solving, conflict resolution, and goal setting strategies which you can begin to use in your life now and always. It has always been my passion to help people have a better understanding of themselves and understand why they do the things they do, in other words "To Find Themselves".
