However, when we’ve experienced trauma, it may still feel like deep down we are not safe, that we are not good enough, that we are not capable of moving past these events so that we can become the best version of ourselves.

I offer several different evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation Techniques and Parts Work in order to help you feel capable of moving forward to make positive changes with less fear, doubt and self-recrimination.
