I started Heal Your Mind Counseling LLC with the goal of helping teens and young adults who have experienced traumatic events. Healing is a very challenging and vulnerable process. It is important to me that my clients never feel judged. So I approach each client with compassion and kindness.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Connecticut and Rhode Island. I have 5+ years of experience working with clients ages 15-40 who have experienced childhood/developmental trauma, depression, anxiety and ADHD.
