My passion is working with people struggling with some of the many challenges that life brings. Whether struggling with adjusting to new life changes, dealing with chronic anxiety and depression or other psychiatric issues, I would like to help clients to be able to gain the tools to be able to manage their situations and be able to live a more fulfilled life.
I use an integrative trauma informed approach to counseling to be able to aid clients in being able to gain insight and solutions to their issues. I have worked closely with military and psychiatric populations. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families.
