I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey. I provide psychotherapy to adults and children in both English and Mandarin Chinese (普通话). I offer individual and family/couple psychotherapy with a focus on depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and intense emotional states, such as fear, anger, hopelessness, and shame. I work with people who have survived trauma and other deep emotional wounds, as well as those going through life transitions, such as becoming a parent, entering a new job or relationship, break ups, or the complexities of adjusting to life in a new culture and society.

Integrating psychodynamic and CBT approaches, I create personalized therapeutic experiences. Whether we explore insights about your struggles or develop practical coping skills to manage challenging emotions and behaviors, my goal is to empower you to create a more fulfilling life and build trust and love both with others and, importantly, with yourself.
