However, these hardships that we go through do not have to end up hindering our functioning and stagnating our growth. I also specialize in depression, self-esteem, anxiety, women and cultural issues. I have expertise in working with individuals who have experienced physical, emotional and/or sexual trauma or neglect during their childhood.
