My goal is to create safe, affirming, and non-judgmental spaces for individuals, couples, and families, to facilitate the insight, clarity, and skills necessary to navigate your personal journey. As my client, I aim to help you feel safe so you can work on the issues that feel difficult to approach and/or understand. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and stages of life. I am a sex-positive, LGBTQ+, kink, and poly affirmative therapist.
When working together, we will explore your life on an individual level, and begin to discover how your relationships with others may be affecting you. I hope to encourage self-exploration and growth both internally and in relationships with family, friends, and partners.
Before transitioning to counseling, I worked as an educator and theatre professional. My unique skills and perspectives allow me to facilitate familial and relational communication in diverse and creative ways.
