Overcoming challenges in life is a normal process that we all work through on occasion. Perhaps you are experiencing challenges in work, raising children, school, relationships, loss, or social interactions that seem overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating. Maybe you have experienced negative or traumatic events in your life that have resulted in feelings of depression, anxiety, PTSD, or self-defeating behavior. Our beliefs, feelings and behaviors in life are based on both genetic components (what nature provides) and life experiences (from the womb to the present). Sometimes nature and nurture combine to cause us to have thoughts and beliefs that do not work to our benefit.
The good news is that we all have the capacity and opportunity to make positive changes in our lives and become our "true" selves, leading to realizations of satisfaction, self-acceptance, love of self and love of others.
