Do you ever feel like your emotions are so intense that you either blow up or shut down completely? This might make you feel like you’re ‘doing too much,’ even when you seem to have it all together on the outside. I specialize in working with Black women and women of color aged 25-40, helping them navigate life’s challenges. I support women who struggle with managing relationships, emotional dysregulation, intellectualizing their feelings, trusting themselves, & depression, anxiety, ADHD, & trauma.
Sometimes, talk therapy aint enough. As a Somatic EMDR Therapist, Trauma Specialist, & ADHD Specialist, I bring over a decade of experience. My diverse approach leverages the mind-body connection, using somatic modalities to strengthen your intuition. You'll learn to process emotions, manage relationships with DBT skills, & process trauma through EMDR.
