I have extensive experience working with couples, families, children/adolescents, and individuals. Areas of specialization include: marital/relationship difficulties (such as divorce, break-ups, conflict), individual struggles (such as anxiety, depression, work and/or academic concerns), and parenting/child behavior problems (such as oppositional-defiant, aggression, compliance, school performance).
I utilize people's strengths to accomplish their treatment goals. I believe everyone goes through difficult times in their life, so my goal is to empower clients to identify the insight, tools, and skills necessary to make positive changes at times in their life when they are feeling "stuck".
