I work with clients primarily struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. However, I am willing to work with most diagnosis including ODD, Bi-polar disorder, and PTSD. I am willing to take any patient ages 10 years old and up. Though the youngest patient I have worked with is 5 years of age. My focus with patient's is to aid them in becoming more aware of the symptoms they experience and implement healthier habits, routine, and coping tools. The primary therapy type I utilized in session with patient is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Talk therapy is the primary form of therapy I practice, as well as utilizing videos, games, art activities, and worksheets as other methods to educate the client and assist in processing. I work to assist clients who are looking to learn skills to enable them to better manage symptoms and not allow those symptoms to impact their daily life.
I work to offer a judgement free and comfortable space for clients to openly process their thoughts and emotions. My personal goal for each session with a client is to meet them where they are and guide them where they would like to be.
