As a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in outpatient care, crisis intervention, and college counseling, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate addiction, chronic pain, burnout and high stress careers, relationship issues, sexuality and sexual health, trauma, anxiety, OCD and depression. My compassionate style ensures a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and heal.

I use evidence-based techniques, including CBT, narrative therapy and neuroscience in pursuit of growth and change. I help clients improve their thinking and actions, increase awareness and mindfulness and achieve their goals. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work to manage conflicts, reduce symptoms, and enhance overall wellbeing.
