Navigating through the human experience can be difficult and overwhelming at times. Deciding to seek guidance in times of struggle may seem daunting; however, my goal as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is to walk alongside you on your journey. My desire to empower those in need began shortly after I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of six. I was inspired by my healthcare providers, whose personalized care, support, and knowledge provided the foundation for living a healthy and fulfilling life.
As a therapist, my goal is to meet you wherever you are, and provide individualized treatment tailored to your needs. I have worked closely with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, chronic mental illness, addiction, trauma, grief, and adjusting to major life changes.
I provide indvidual and group therapy for adults and adolescents, utilizing an eclectic knowledge base. The types of therapy I provide include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology and coping skills training. Current appointments are available both in person and via telehealth.
