During times of personal questioning or struggle, I rely on the counseling process to elicit the best forms of self-reflexivity in order to prosper. I believe answers to our problems reside within us. Feelings that result from experiences in life are unique to each person, and they each deserve a partner to work through their difficulties. I have strived to create a warm and supportive environment that will foster your growth.
I help patients identify and explore the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors contributing to their struggles with the goal of reduced symptoms and distress and improved coping and overall functioning in work, school, and relationships.
I offer hours Monday through Saturday. You can also work with me through my virtual practices with Path (www.pathmentalhealth.com) and Grow Therapy (www.growtherapy.com). I look forward to assisting you with specific issues in an accommodating environment.
