It's time to be as kind to yourself as you are with those around you! I enjoy working with individuals regarding various topics such as anxiety and low-self esteem. I enjoy being able to offer an alternative perspective for people in order to challenge negative thoughts and reduce intrusive ones. Whether you are just starting your change process or are five years into working on your identified goals, I will meet you where you are at in order to help you achieve your desired outcome(s). -I also have snacks and drinks in my office!-
I provide a nonjudgmental environment in which I invite clients to be their authentic self. I utilize an empathetic, strengths-based approach in order to help foster a strong therapeutic alliance between myself and my clients. I am effective at supporting clients unconditionally, while still being able to address contradicting thoughts and behaviors.
