Show Up and Be Seen

Sometimes the greatest healing can come from simply being heard. And when there are more people to listen to us, that process can be amplified. With this philosophy in mind, I invite people to come and share what has been on their minds. The intention of this group is not to acquire skills or to seek advice from other people, it is to create the feeling of being felt or understood. The power is not in the cognitive take-aways, it’s in the presencing and the impact of being with what’s in front of us.
