Waitlist for new clients
Let's Connect (301) 202-4495
I currently have a waitlist for new clients. It's okay to be a work in progress. Whether you’re healing from trauma, seeking LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming care, looking for help with depression or anxiety, coping with life’s stressors, or something else, I’m here to help. I am an LGBTQIA+-identifying licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of NH, and an out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of FL (flhealthsource.gov/telehealth). I work with adults (ages 18+) who are seeking care to create lasting change and wellness.
I believe that therapy is collaborative– we’ll work together to help you access your strengths and develop coping skills, find empowerment, and take authorship of your own story. I have a person-centered, feminist approach to therapy, am EMDR-trained, and use a toolbox pulled from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and my practice is DBT informed.
If you are looking for a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space to grow and heal, please reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
