DBT groups provide you with concrete skills to reach your goals and live a life you love. The group format allows you to build new skills while also building new relationships with people are also facing similar struggles. This creates an environment of empowerment and universality that accelerates the growth process. Research has shown that the combination of individual and group therapy is in many cases more powerful than individual therapy alone. Already have an individual therapist?
