For over fifteen years I have had the privilege of working with individuals going through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, divorce, and relationship issues. I work with all ages including college students, young professionals, first responders, adults, and couples.
Having experience in crisis response, advocacy, law enforcement and working with children and families, I provide support from a trauma focused lens offering guidance to individuals in a non-judgmental environment. I enjoy working with young adults, individuals and couples to reach their goals and overcome any obstacles that may be holding them back.
