I'm empathetic, kind, and non-judgmental in my approach but can also be very direct. I will provide feedback and supportive reflection in sessions as opposed to just listening. I also provide psychoeducation to give you frameworks and ways to understand thoughts and behaviors.
We will work together to create SMART therapeutic goals. Our first session will be an opportunity to meet one another and see if we're a fit. You will share your story and what brought you to seek counseling. At the end of the session, if you feel that you would like to work with me, we will schedule your next session.
