Social justice and multicultural humility are integrated into all of my work. Seeking help is hard and you are already being courageous. I only practice trauma informed care with focuses in EMDR, IFS, TFCBT, DBT, among others. All work that I do is client centered and trauma informed, even if it may be systems trauma. I consider myself a collaborative therapist and though I have knowledge, you are the expert in your life. I specialize in ADHD and have years of experience in working with those with concurrent diagnoses. I work with individuals, couples, and families, including polyinformed care.
I believe that people are meant to heal, but sometimes things get in the way. I want to help facilitate a pathway to growth and healing for you.
