I recognize that these messages contribute to the story that we tell ourselves, they signal to what is getting in the way, and offer critical insight into what we would like to be different. I believe that each person is the expert in their own lives, and that a collaborative therapeutic relationship helps when things feel stuck.
I am passionate about being a relational therapist and exploring the relationships that we find ourselves a part of. I recognize how our relationships are an aspect of our lives that can influence us to be the people that we are today. It is my belief that the quality of our lives is linked to the quality of our relationships with ourselves and others.
I understand and acknowledge how strengths can serve as an agent for change and am dedicated to help those that I work with to identify those strengths in a way that can help with achieving growth and overcoming challenges or adversity.
