I specialize in trauma-focused adult therapy issues ranging from marriage/couples therapy, anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse, family conflict, and the addiction cycle. I do not work with active substance abuse. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and I'm currently seeking Gottman method couples therapy certification.
