I take pride in assisting families with children who are struggling at home and school. I have years of experience engaging a diverse family and youth population with a variety of emotional and behavioral problems including but not limited to autism, ADD, defiance (ODD), antisocial behavior, suicidality, trauma, and familial conflict. Such families need special assistance and support that I as a professional offer. Therapy can help decrease problem behaviors, reduce family conflict, and strengthen family bonds.
I also have experience and enjoy working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety/ stress, low self-esteem, troubles adjusting and making accomplishing personal goals, anger management issues, distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills, interpersonal skills, and my personal favorite, trauma and spirituality issues.
Clients I serve can benefit from the open and non-judgmental atmosphere I am adept at creating. I know it can be discouraging to talk to relatives or friends.
