I am Derrick Paramore and serve children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with challenges of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger management, adjustments, and relationship issues. I take a different approach in helping individuals and believe that wellness such as nutrition and exercise complimented by therapy helps improve mental health. Utilizing approaches of Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, REBT, and Play Therapy allow individuals to think about their actions, reduce negative thoughts, and improve the renewing of their mind.
Specializing in Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behaviors, allows me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who work towards improving coping skills, self-esteem, and a desire to work towards self-improvement. I offer secure video sessions as well as safe in-office appointments to best accommodate you on your journey.
