Relationships offer an opportunity to heal just as they offer an opportunity for hurt. Sometimes it's difficult to tell these two apart. In relationships, we are a balancing act of history, the present, & what is to come. And sometimes within all that movement, all that history, all that will be, we sometimes get stuck in the hurt, alone. I hope to offer a relationship that is not without its friction, though I keep healing as my guide. This does not have to be a solo journey. I believe our combined sense of healing, as well as our combined sense of hurt, can do much more together. I look forward to unimaginable change.
Psychodynamic, spiritual, and experiential in orientation and person-centered, cognitively, behaviorally, and psycho-analytically trained, my style of counseling is fluid, emotionally-centered, and present-focused. I have experience with individuals, relationships and groups experiencing both short and longer, enduring challenges of well-being.
