I help adults of all ages to locate and acknowledge the sources of their stress, pain, and conflict, and to uncover resiliency, inner harmony, and connection. With a subspecialty in trauma studies, my approach is to always create an emotionally safe environment: I meet you where you are, tend to your vulnerabilities, and adapt to your unique needs.
